We have entertained these events for over 40 years, and one of the most enjoyable and well planned, not to mention very personal and rewarding, is Fox River Fest!!! These folks are truly a gift to the Entertainment Industry! Hats Off To Julie and crew!

I have had the pleasure of working alongside Julie for six years and in a variety of capacities. Her enthusiasm for events, ability to activate sponsorships, and attention to detail are phenomenal. Julie has an incredible sense of community and partnerships and can engage people at many levels.

Ms. Farris’ excels in all areas of event planning and coordination, including: site layout design; vendor and sponsor recruitment; event publicity; establishing strong working relationships with local agencies/authorities; and on-site operations management. It is this last skill, engaging with the vendors during the course of the event itself, that sets her apart from other planners and consultants; simply put, Ms. Farris works tirelessly to listen and respond to the needs of vendors, to make their experience at the event as positive as possible.

Julie and I have served together on the Board of Directors for the Downtown St Charles Partnership. During that time, Julie has helped to move the organization forward by demonstrating leadership and consistently voicing the need for responsible change. She does her research, speaks knowledgeably, and people listen to her.

The task was daunting, and overwhelming to me at times; so I contacted Julie. I truly believe she could plan and execute events IN HER SLEEP.
